Never buy sale iteams at preview shops

Hy, please don’t buy any sale Iteams @ preview shops, I bought a pair of shoes in santon the shop assistant called blessings never explained to me that I can’t change sales iteams, I went home Nd I reliased that the shoes are to tight and I can’t walk with them, I went to menlyn preview they are refusing me to change the shoes as I realize that I choose the wrong design for my foot, now am stucked with R1690 shoes that I can’t wear as they pain me. Izt fair to a customer? The service it’s too bad because I explained that the shoes are design is ****ing me.
