Hogan shoes not quality

I am extremely unhappy with the Hogan shoes I bought earlier this year at preview sandton. Today I tried tieing my laces and one of the lace holes got toren 😔. The shoes were 7k when I bought them and don’t believe the disappoint I got today. I want new shoes for the same amount or the same shoes that won’t give the same problem. 7k is a lot of money to just loose. Can’t someone contact me on *** or I will report this matter to the ombudsman.
