Bad service and disgusting communication

Bought a shoe worth R 4500 at tneir shop in Sandton hardly 2months of purchase it has given 2 factory fault took the shoe first time they fix another problem came within the two weeks. I took it back anh ibtold them dhis is a a second time meaning there's something wrong with the shoe from the factory. I said i dont want, they're telling me that the shoe is ready. I respect this shop to be selling quality shoes. And this problem happened last year with my daughter's shoe. Now i dont know whether they are treating me like this because of the colour of my skin. And the shoe did not come cheap. Im so disgusted adding to it the person who is telling me that the is ready did not even see shoe.
