No responce

I bought a product online and paid for it online on 4 December. I then tried to find out on Prettysmarty website where the parcel is. The tracker number is not recognized by the tracking company. I then posted a quierry online to Prettysmarty last week. No response. B carefull. The r not as smart as their name says
