Does Not Deliver Custom Kids Parties As Advertised

Owner promises custom decorations etc but received generic decorations and incorrect name on goods supp****. Called owner to complain and was promised a call back which never happened. When I followed up I was told that she apologised for the service but could not offer a refund or compensation by means of another party set-up. Absolutely no accountability for ruining what should have been a special day.
