BEWARE OF THE “PRETTIESE” ****!

This is a continuation of my previous review.Unfortunately the Review does not provide for a 0 rating for this entity,as that is what I wanted to give.I received an email again from their Max Wurfel repeating the same story,telling me to be patient and I will receive my order and they apologise for any inconvenience. This company is very UNPROFESSIONAL as at no stage after 3 months they are able to tell me what actually went wrong with the delivery and they tracked the item that by mistake went to wrong destination( which it can happen).THAT IS WHY I HAVE CONCLUDED that this company is all a BIG ****!
