************ lawyers double jeopardy to lead me to financial doldrums

The lawyers were mandated by the Riverview Body Corporate in Bronkhorspruit to recover the outstanding levies for the flat I am owning. This after the last Body Coprporate resigned and the bank debit order I made was stopped. The new BC did not inform me of the new account number and was asking the rental agent to find out who the new BC are. After numerous attempts I was eventually contacted and was notified that my account was handed over to these lawyers. They pressurized me to pay the total and under duress I had to make a loan to pay the arrears. Surprisingly I was issued with another statement that I must pay the legal costs for recoding the money owed to the BC. This was not communicated to me until I paid the levies. Upon enquiring I was told in no uncertain terms that I must pay besides my appeal. I feel that these lawyers are exploiting me and are sinking me in a financial crisis. I was told that had I paid the levies in the time they did not specify, the legal costs would not have been charged on me. So this is a spiteful punishment for asking why I had to pay.

These lawyers are in Pretoria.

Please be aware and give me advise of how I plead not to pay the costs as had been the intent previously.
