Unfair Treatment

They attached my movable properties through the Centurion west Sheriff , they sold the goods to the value of R10000.00 ,the Centurion west Sheriff statement shows I owe them R8000 and some odd rand which I believe they owe a R2000 surplus but their statement shows that the surplus is owed me to them and I asked to explain on few occasion but I do not get any response to make matters worse Monica from Pretorius Le Roux Journalized the very same amounts to their statement when I ask what are the amounts for Monica cant explain why am I charged the very same amounts as the Sheriff as this is duplication , I ask her to explain why am I liable to pay the amounts she still did not respond . I am left frustrated as no one from the Sheriff and Le Roux is interested in explaining to me the reasons for the invoicing mess they are creating , does it mean that when I owe their clients I do not deserve their responses and I should pay whatever they invoice even if when im not happy with the bill ,or is it that im clueless with the law thus don't have a rights ?
