Do NOT do business with Pretorium Trust
<p>I paid my whole Pretorium Trust Account 23 March 2016. Proof of payment was sent to relevant Pretorium Trust mail, and I NEVER used the account again. After that I re-send the proof 3 times to Pretorium Trust - as they said I haven't paid my account. Then the Sheriff of the court came to my house, claiming I didn't pay. Again proof of payment was provided, Guess what - I received a letter, yet again, from Pretorium Trust (dated 2016/10/10) via post, telling me I didn't pay! In effect I must be able to use my card again, but Pretorium Trust are not competent to allocate a mere paumemt (with proof provided) - they will rather send letters threatening to black list me. I Daughter works in the media Industry, and this matter will be esculatef through media today! You are pathetic - take money, and then still want more! What's wrong with you? After ample times trying to sort this problem, I had enough!</p>

As previously stated I did pay my Pretorium Trust account. I got a phone call back from Pretorium Trust, confirming everything I said that I did make a full payment. But "apparently" there were no arrangements written on the computer, and they went on- by handing my account over to an attorney. after getting the full amount owed. It also was said that my payment took 3 (three weeks) to show on there system, but a bank mail were sent to them with proof of payment the same day I promised to pay the full amount. The gentleman of Pretorium trust phoned me, very friendly, told me they did get their money, but he will come back to me. HE DIDN'T, instead I got an email from the attorney that said I must still pay the legal costs. IF Pretorium Trust did their work, made a note on the computer there would be no legal costs. Now I must pay for their bad admin and a person that didn't make notes on a computer stating that I phoned, ANF arranged for a late full payment on a specific date. Now they are not prepared to man up, admit their mistake, they were eager to take my money, and STILL hold me liable for legal costs that shouldn't be there IF they noted my arrangement correctly. This is very dissapointing, and I contacted media outlets and arranged for interviews about this incident to warn people about Pretorium Trust. I made the same arrangement with another company and they did their work, kept their end (as I did mine) and had no problems with them like I currently are experiencing with Pretorium trust. As said - keep your eyes on the media, and avoid & do not trust Pretorium Trust to keep to any arrangements made, they will just take the money, and still hand an account over, EVEN if one made arrangements and did pay them on the arranged date, AND wash their hands by letting the you pay legal costs that shouldn't be there!
