Hi, I went to Pretoria Zoo on 31 August 2021. I paid R300 for the GoCart. They charge R100 for one hour. There is a refund if the money paid not all used. I used the Cart for R200 ( 2 hours). I took the Cart back and the lady tried to process the the refund of R100. She got an error message that an alternate method to refund should be used. She gave me the cell phone number of the person to call, which I did. I was asked to provide a bank statement showing the payment, which i did. I also attached the slip with an error message. The finance department told me that they will forward the documents to the Cape Town for processing. Today is the 17 October and have not heard anything. No money in my bank.
