Very bad service

<p>Experienced a very bad service from a staff member where we purchase tickets to enter the gate. Her speed point was not working well so she bacame so disrespectful and did not careless if we enter or not, the worse part is she was called to the office after we complained and she was still chicky and was not apologetic about the incident. Her name is Lissa</p>
