rude staff

<p>seriously pretoria zoo staff should be trained to have manners. the women at the children's arcade ticket kiosk is so rude I would never go back cause of her. 2 rides took our money and she refused to refund us. then exiting the main car gate the gaurd that takes your exist ticket has such an attitude, no one told us to keep the ticket when we found it he had a comment and rolled his eyes.</p> <p>and just because of that one rude person, I did not go to the resturant, buy the entrance photos and buy a toy for my son in the gift shop </p> <p>MANNERS GO A LONG WAY .....</p>
