Horrific

On the 27th of December 2017 my family and I went to the zoo to have some quality time and to enjoy the animals. We arrived and had horrible service from the staff. As we proceeded we were stunned to see how filthy all the animals cages/enclosures are. The Hippo's for instance the water was green mucus and was filled with water bottles and cans etc. The Rhino's area was so stinky and the rhino himself did not move. Need I go on? Further more the animals are FRUSTRATED! They walk up and down their cages/enclosures that paths are formed in the exact pattern they walk for days on end! The windows are dirty in such manner that no one could actually see any of the animals that are behind glass. Another point to be made our entire day there from 10-5pm we did NOT whatsoever see ANY Zoo Keepers or anyone doing any maintenance. We are utterly disgusted. As we go every year as a family to the zoo and this is how it is. These animals need more care and attention and need regular exercise from professionals who knows what they doing and not there amateurs that pretend to know!
