Pretoria Yamaha worst repairs

We took our rubber duck to Pretoria Yamaha for re- pontoon. The next day the problems started. Arno never gave us a written quotation as he promised. He failed to get back to us. But they started with the work so they had to finish it. They took like double the time with the re-pontoon as promised. The BIG problem is the pontoons are glued skew to the hull. We have send Arno the photos and spoke to him more than once. He keeps making empty promises and the problem does not get resolved. Pretoria Yamaha , ***********. BAD WORKMANSHIP. EMPTY PROMISES. Do not trust Arno for any repairs.
