Pretoria Yamaha worst experience

We did not get the parts we ordered and payed for. Twice... So we asked for refund. They only payed the last invoice amount back after we numeral times told them we have credit amount also with them which was also on same invoice because it was deducted from the whole amount. After more than a month they just have stories every time we call them as if they just forget we had the credit. I want my money back At end of the day I am the one at loss end because I have to use other resources/money to get same parts elsewhere.. Also Yamaha btw.. Ironic how one of the branches can help you and the other one is like a rotten tomato in the pack.
