WORST HOSPITAL EVER

Pretoria-West/Folateng Hospital is the worst Hospital that a person can find. Waiting for assistance since 13:30. Person hurts his leg badly ,maybe broken and was taken to Folateng, He waited from 13:30 until 15:55 to open a file for himself. File was opened and waited another 4 hours at the emergency room just to be checked out by a Doctor so they could determine what is going on with his leg. Many times was asked how long before the doctor will be seeing him. Many time there was said, they take emergencies first and the not so serious emergencies get moved back. So was his leg not that serious to them or is this just the way that we as people will be treated at a State Hospital. Now the best part they have changed shifts in the meantime and this is also now an excuse that they have just arrived. There was another lady waiting just to get a pregnancy test, I think she is still waiting. Goodness I was shocked to see the state that our State Hospitals are in now. They even told us that there is only 3 Doctors that doing round at the Hospital, the whole Hospital. Amazing!! As we sat and waited there was no problem where we were sitting, night shift comes in and chases us away and says "you people must move you are making my job difficult to see who I must assist. Who does she want to assist if all of us are waiting there since afternoon, maybe even longer. Another Lady spoke to us that she has been there 8 times now because they keep on giving her Husband the wrong medication. The person who had hurt himself asked me to please sign him out because he cant take this anymore. Now here is another good one, I said can I please sign him out he does not want to stay anymore and the pain is to much. They rep**** but his file is on top and will be helped, so when do they want to help him? When his leg falls off? So the lady working behind the counter says, I will go and get the Doctor but I don't know how long it will take the Doctor to see him. O my word does that make sense. Sorry but I signed the boy out and said this is the worst now that I want to go home with him they want to jump, o I have to remember he needs x-rays. That will probably take another day to be done. The moment I said I will take this further and report them, they started phoning people. Really phone who ever you please. The topping of the cake was when they gave him panados for the pain, what a joke!! HOW DO WE STOP THIS BULL**** OF BEING NOT CARED FOR , DO WE HAVE NO RIGHT IN THIS COUNTRY ANYMORE. WHO DO WE ASK FOR HELP.
