Terrific service at Pretoria West hospital

Firstly we not allowed to park inside the hospital grounds because a staff car was ******, now our vehicles are at risk. Secondly their system to get the files are so mixed up and once you get your file the staff mix it up that you get helped last. Thirdly once they call you for blood pressure and to do INR the staff doesn't know how to use the equipment. It has also been a few months that the doctors say my breast that is constantly in pain is the result of hardend fat but I don't believe that and I think it might be my heart or cancer. What did I do to deserve this poor service.
