My wife and I had a really unfortunate experience at Pretoria West Hospital. We went there when she was in labor pain, hoping for compassionate care and support. However, we were left disappointed and frustrated. We spent two days there, with no progress and wasted energy. In the end, at 2 am, we were told to rush to Kalafong Hospital. The ambulance took 30 minutes to arrive, which only added to our stress. Throughout our time at Pretoria West Hospital, we noticed that the nurses seemed disinterested, spending their time gossiping and laughing loudly. It felt like they didn't care about the well-being of the patients. It's disheartening to have such an experience in a hospital where we expected professionalism and empathy. Hopefully, sharing our experience will bring attention to the issues and lead to improvements in patient care. 🏥💔"
