Pretoria West Hospital must be closed down.

This hospital is an absolute disgrace, I went there yesterday with my child who had severe fever he was shaking and in bad shape. they asked me to open a file, I said he does have a file here and gave them his date of birth and names. The guy behind the counter was just taking his time. He wanted to know about my salary and I he was struggling to write and he was staling. My child was crying and not in a good space. He couldn't even copy the data from the system to the file, he was struggling to write and I asked him for the file so my child could get help. I said soon as my child has been helped I will come sit with you to fill all the info and answer all the questions. This guy was totally not qualified to work in a hospital or in a case of an emergency. To top everything they asked me to leave my child and go move my car out because you are not allowed to park inside. I had to leave my child with a woman I don't even know and take my car out. Close this hospital down because here is no service. Keep the clinic side open for people to get there chronic meds monthly. You put people through a lot of trauma there, they treat you like a piece of ****. Worst experience of my life. I had to rush my child to Medicross Pretoria West where we got mediate help. They immediately took my child in a room and started to give meds for the fever. AFTER they helped my child they got all my info and we did the file. Thank you Medicross.
