Courtesy officer at Pretoria West Hospital

On Tuesday morning my wife was transported Pretoria West Hospital and later that morning i had to go and fetch her medication at the Hospital pharmacy. There was a long queue but the Courtesy Officer - Nonhlanhla Sithole made the process run smoothly and efficiently.

She took my wifes details and made follow ups on her medical file which i was waiting for. She really goes over and beyond the call of duty to help visitors and patients at the hospital and i commend her for the professional service she displayed, other departments should take note of this public servant and i hope and pray that the hospital Management will recognize her contributions to the public. Thank you Ms Sithole from my wife and I, you deserve to be praised :-)
