Excellent service and patience.

<p>I would like to thank and commend Chris Rheeder from Pretoria Tool Centre for the excellent service and patience when replacing my items from an insurance claim. In the end I was feeling a little embarrassed as I asked them to replace one item not once but twice. The replacement was NOT due to a mistake on their side but me probably being a little fussy. Chris Rheeder was obliging all the time and went out of his way to accommodate me. One must also consider that to replace the articles Pretoria Tool Centre had to courier the item to me a distance of 98km from there shop. I would have no hesitation recommending Pretoria Tool Centre to anyone. Thank you Chris.</p>
