Pretoria technical college Bad Experience

Started attending at Pretoria Technical college in 2023 for Social Auxi****y Work which was supposed to take one and half year however it took two years since there was a delay on their side, the receptionist is very professional but can not say the same with their Finance employee Aviwe Mthabela who is rude and draggs to do his work. Called in the morning asking for statement so that I may settle the account and failed to do so, had to call again several times for the same reason and he even failed to apologise for inconvenince or at least explain the delay instead he defend himself for not delivering what was requested. Was about to do applications for my brother to study with them but with the bad experience, will do the business with one of their competitors, Aviwe need a training to improve his profession
