Be very carefully when renting from PRETORIA PROPERTIES , Elmarie Roos was our renting agent. Waited nearly 20 days for our deposit, and then R 5000 was short paid. Tried calling her 9 times , never answered, refused to give a answer on what the contractor did. Be aware, i see there are a few problems listed with Elmarie
