Agent not complaining with legislation.

We rented through Pretoria Properties. Elmarie Roos was the agent. After 14 days our deposit was not paid back. We kept asking, also that it be paid into a specific account. It eventually showed on the 25th - paid into the wrong account. There was also R8 000 deducted from R16 000 without any proof of expenses. Before we moved in, Elmarie also promised that a cupboard would be repaired, which was simply never done!

She has not giving any proof of the deductions.
