Utterly bad customer service

<p>I took my car for bumber repairs and told the owner I will leave for Cape Town the following day. The morning that we left and reached the first garage the bumber popped out. We continued with our planned holiday! When I returned, I went back to the plastic bumber repair shop, the owner was very arrogant and wanted to charge me again. I refused because it was their comeback! He eventually gave in and fixed it, but it still came out looking even worse than before. They literally glued it back and painted over it! There was a new scratch on the bumber as well! The whole shop and way of doing things are shady. It is filthy and they refuse to let you see your car. I had to sit and wait in the stinking conditions with no toilet facilities. Bad place, bad service and bad news.</p>
