I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Pretoria Noord Dierekliniek for the exceptional care they provided to my dog, Peanut.

I initially took Peanut in for routine bloodwork as he is getting older. During the tests, elevated liver enzyme levels were discovered. Although this was unexpected, the veterinarian immediately put a treatment plan in place, prescribing liver supplements and recommending follow-up bloodwork two months later.

At the follow-up appointment, Peanut's liver enzyme levels had increased even further. The team at Pretoria Noord Dierekliniek took the time to thoroughly explain our options, which included treatment for suspected fatty liver disease or a specialist ultrasound. We decided to proceed with the medication treatment plan and were advised to return for repeat bloodwork after one month.

The results of that follow-up were the best news we could have hoped for—Peanut's liver enzyme levels had returned to within the normal range.

As pet owners, our animals are family, and receiving concerning test results can be incredibly stressful. Throughout this journey, the veterinarians and staff at Pretoria Noord Dierekliniek were professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in Peanut's wellbeing. Their knowledge, clear communication, and dedication gave us confidence every step of the way.
