More staff

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at your establishment.

Unfortunately, the receptionist who assisted me was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I do not know her name, but she had black hair and was wearing glasses. Her manner of speaking and the way she looked at customers made me feel as though she was not interested in assisting them.

I understand that the phones were extremely busy at the time, and I appreciate that this can be stressful. However, I noticed that another receptionist was already attending to the incoming calls while customers were still waiting and being assisted at the reception desk.

In my opinion, the reception area would benefit from having additional staff during busy periods. This would help ensure that both customers in person and those calling by phone receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.

I hope you will take this feedback constructively, as I believe improving the customer service experience would make a significant difference.
