No reply from Lucas

I took my Hilux for a service on Wednesday 1 April had my 3 month old daughter with me when they handed me the red bag to empty the vehicle of all valuable items. What I din't take out was my Apple Ipod hanging from its wire over indicator switch, my mistake. Elsabe is always the service adviser that assist me and is very professional and good in what she does. She phoned me when my vehicle was finish and I went to collect, I took the vehicle and turned the volume up and noticed that my Ipod is gone but the wire is still plugged in. I turned around and went back to Elsabe, they said its a very difficult situation and that the D.P Lucas is on leave and will call me when he gets back the next Tuesday. This never happened and I phoned him, he was busy and his P.A said that he will call me back. He never did. I also bought a new Fortuner from oom Rassie in 2013 great service. I know it was my mistake but they have cameras on their premises and the fact that Lucas think he is to important to phone back a customer that wants to speak to him made them loose a customer for good.
