Faulty cars and atrocious custory service!

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p>I am writing this review due to great dissatisfaction from PTA Noord Toyota... I bought a brand new Toyota Etios from the mentioned branch on the 14/04/2016.</p> <p>On Monday , 13/06/2016, on my way to work, the car's gear system was failing, I could only put it in reverse and it did not allow any gears forward. I called Toyota , they sent a tow truck and took it to the nearest branch in Brits. Upon investigation Of the cause of the problem they called me on Tuesday to say that my clutch was TOTALLY DAMAGED and I need to pay R6700 for repairs as the car is out of Factory warranty. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now my car's warranty is not over and they still refuse to pay, I dont know why ! and How can a 6 weeks old car clutch system bR TOTALLY DAMAGED over night if the car is genuienly brand new?? I am an experienced driver AND this is not my first car.</p> <p> </p> <p>They didnt even give me a courtesy car, their consultants are very rude.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
