DEALERSHIP SOLD ME A ****** CAR

on the 2nd of September i went to Pretoria Motors in gezina and i purchased a VW Polo Comfort line 2008 model and white in colour and i paid R86,000.00 which i paid via EFT which means i bought it cash which i was given the papers and on the 3rd of September 2015 i went to Watloo for a change of ownership and also roadworthy,whilst i was at Watloo testing station the official came to me and told me that i must not move my car and that they are waiting for the police and in less than a minute another VW Polo parked next to mine and it had same registration and same vin number then the police arrived and checked both cars for verification they then told me that they are going to impound both cars to pretoria west 13 saps(V.I.S) compound which i accompanied them and when we arrived at the V.I.S they took statement from me and the other owner.on the 4th of September 2015 i went to the Pretoria Motors in Gezina where i bought the car from<br> and spoke to Michael the dealership owner and explained to him so he told me that he can only pay me back my money if they confirmed that the car was really cloned.now Michael does not want to pay refund my money he even chased me out of his officce
