Unprofessional and unfair to mothers

The last time my ex husband paid child maintenance was November 2019, I have been going to court since them to get him to pay up. He resigned from work, then he was told to sell his car he refused saying he needed it to apply for a new job, he is married in community of property he was told to bring his wife to court and he didn't saying his wife was not comfortable coming to court. Over two years trying to get the court to get this man to pay maintenance and each court appearance we ar3 seeing different people and he has different stories to tell the court and they believe him. Imagine if I was completely unemployed, it is either the court is protecting this man or they don't care about my children. On top of that the attitude of staff members at the court, very unprofessional and rude. I know I am not only writing for myself but other women going through the same thing in the hand of the system no wonder some women have given up on getting any child maintenance from the father of their children.
