Pretoria child maintenance magistrate court very discriminating and unfair taking sides instead of fighting for my childs rights.

The court child maintenance officer and magistrate has oppressed my childs rights, Just because l m a black disabled mother to 13th year old does not mean l m crazy.l was treated like l m crazy ...week after week case postponed without considering child suffering and the difficulties of me the mother with a disability who has to fight for my child.when l asked the magistrate if she is concidering my child in her descission as its postponement after postponement,my child that moment is not going to school like other kids,no stationary because of selfish father,but court is siding with the father so that my child must suffer as her mother is disabled.

Court allows objections with no evidence from the father so that the case must drag and l as disabled mother must suffer.the court was given calculations as per request from provident fund but now same court is doing run around,with no evidence from the father of the child on dispute.court didnt even follow up on documents they requested before from the father but postponement is done now and then...everyone can access provident fund on the system but not pretoria maintenance court.

I m always judged when l m fighting for my child s rights.when will we persons with disabilities be given diginity and justice?

What about our kids who are suffering because of law not taking place.it hurts when we run to court for justice then you get ************** and unfairness just because you disabled so you need to know nothing and say yes to all that is unfair.
