Gross incompetence

I have been attending a maintenance case to improvement the maintenance for looking after my 2 children and this case has been going on 4 years and more now. Records got lost a number of times and the case has been postponed many times, I even lost count. I was told more than five times that the case is going to be finalized but postponed, this year 4 times postponed. I have even written complaints to the court manager and the secretary of the court, but it seems not helpful at all. What worries me is that I am told that if I do not come on the day of the courts, a warrant of arrest will be issued against me or that they will proceed without me. The complainant has missed the courts, has even changed arrangements on the court order but nothing is been done about it, not even the warnings that I am given all times I appear. I am even given a second court order without a valid reason for that, not even a reason why the case cannot be finished. I was investigated even for my accounts and nothing was found which they wanted. Now the court wants me to start the very same process that I have started 4 years ago, all afresh again. I am very much disappointed with the Pretoria Magistrate maintenance because this is gross incompetence.
