****** OWNER! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE, THE OWNER IS SOOO RUDE AND ******!!! I BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.com and paid.. when I get to the Property is not what I expect... as you walk in you sound a dingy little reception with almost not waiting area... Owner was sitting with a Whilte Lady as we walked in he Did not even Greet nor Acknowledge us... He just Literally asked a Garden personnel to walk us to our rooms all muddy and sweaty as he was then we get to the Rooom! HORRIBLE! SMELLY! DARK AND THE WORST , i walk down to owner to tell him I am not happy with room, its does not look anything like the pictures worst of all I asked for a romantic set upas it was my Bfs Birthday and just booked a night so we may Hang out around PTA foe dinner etc... All he could say is Thats all we have available and that I must Go if Iam not Happy and I will not get my Refund... the way he looked at me, with Disgust like I was not even a paying customer ... i felt like Less of a Human for a second... As I walked in it showed We were not Welcomed because of the color of our skin and that Why we Got The HORRIBLE SERVICE... I want my refund and Seems no one Cares about that, @booking.com is just saying We sorry for the Inconvenience... the Owner does not want to refund! IF IAM TOOO BLACK FOR THE PROPERTY THEN SO IS MY MONEY.... AFTER SUCH A ****** TREATMENT I DEMAND MY REFUND AND I WILL GO TO THE COURT OF LAW I HAVE TO!
