Pathetic service!!!!!!!

Good day. Me and my neighbours used Heine Van Den berg from Pretoria HD Roofs in November 2018 to repair our roofs. He doesnt keep with arrangements. We both contacted him in March 2019 to inform him that the roofs are still leaking on the same places that he repaired. He never pitched. on 23 November 2019 both of us again contacted him and he assured us the following Monday someone will be sent out, again nothing. We spoke to a Koos, Charne and Wouter all at his contact number ***, but still no assistance.Either he is not there or he is in meetings, but he never return our phonecalls and we received a 5 year warranty, and myself paid R12100 for the repairs done.
