Horrible Host

If I could pick no star I would. We booked accommodation for 5 nights, we were running late and continuously communicated this to him. We we got there at around 7h45 he just did not respond to any calls or WhatsApp’s although he read it. We were stranded with 3 dogs but thankfully ADT came to the rescue and helped us in finding pet friendly accommodation at that time of the night- we only booked into another place after 23h00
