PATHETIC UNPROFFESSIONAL SERVICE

My Isuzu 300LX, D/Cab went to Carlos for replacement of wheel bearings, agreed labour was R3000. 3 weeks later the situation was: 1. There was 190 km driven with the vehicle, Carlos said he will investigate the matter and come back to me - which did not happen. 2. The remote was broken, Carlos said to me the he asked all his workers and they all confirmed that it was like that when I submitted the vehicle - I had to buy a new remote myself. 3. There is an oil leak on the gearbox that was not there before the time, I must take it now to a proper mechanic to be sorted out. 4. He told us that the rear brakes was finished, pads & disks (R3000) had to be replaced, I agreed but insisted that the old disks need to be kept for me (this was said to him on 2 phone calls and 3 whattsapp messages) and to be put on the back of the bakkie as well as the old wheel bearings, the day I fetched the bakkie I was told it was thrown in the steel recycle bin and it was fetched by the company just the day before. 5. Carlos never answers a whattsapp, Carlos never calls u back, Carlos is never at the shop when u get there, I was given spare parts that they removed and could not get it back and was told I must get somebody to put it back for me. 6. There is no control in that shop at all, he is having +- 9 people working for him - they all jump into any customers vehicle to go and fetch something. 7. The day I fetched my bakkie I was called at 19:00 to plse go and look for a key in my bakkie of another client who was waiting for his car, I found the key and they had to come and fetch it. 8. The day I fetched the bakkie I asked where the old spares was that he worked on (4x4 actuator) he had to call another mechanic to ask him if it is still in his shop (I later realised that he subcontract other mechanics) and that he will pick it up the next day - forcing me to go back there and got it in a plastic bag with the words from one of his mechanics "CARLOS WILL CALL U" which till today 3 weeks later did not happen. 9. My bill was almost R10 000 and this was after I requested the parts for a service to be removed because I never asked for the vehicle to be serviced because it was serviced just 1096km back. 10. I never in my 58 yrs saw such a circus, there is zero control, I sit here with an additional R3000 worth of damage and I still dont know if my bearings was replaced or not? Every 3 days when I call Carlos to ask him how far he is with the bakkie I could not get a clear answer from him - he twice said it was done and he twice confirmed that he meant he only checked to see if it was the correct size bearings.
