Bad service from pretoria east airconditioner

Very poor. Extremely bad. They came to replace our compressor, which cost close to R6000.00, and after they finished the air conditioner started leaking. We phoned, they came and said it was repaired. still water. After several attempts from their side, and a new carpet from us, they are just ignoring the calls and its still not fixed. The drain pipe was taken out of its housing and is dripping on our steps.
