Breakdown of Service and excuses

So, about three weeks ago I app**** to receive services from Pretoria Dromdienste. I was initially told the drum would arrive the latest next week. Next week and nothing happened. I called and they said their waiting for drums and will deliver asap. Another week has gone by, no drum, I called, emailed, I was told this time that someone is passing the buck and they will make a plan for me to get a drum asap. Another few days, called again, I was told this time that one of their people, servicing the area I Live in, has bakkie troubles. Wondering how this became my problem.

Still here after more emails, no response whatsoever.
