I’m sharing our experience with Pretoria Caravans & Outdoor because I would hate for someone else to go through what we have.

We left our caravan with them for approximately two weeks so they could inspect it and provide us with a quote for some work we wanted done.

It took the full two weeks to eventually receive the quote — and when we did, the price was completely unreasonable. The quoted amount was roughly what we had paid for the entire second-hand caravan.

We therefore decided not to proceed with the work and went to collect our caravan.

That is when we discovered that numerous items had been removed from inside the caravan — essentially everything that wasn't nailed down.

We immediately raised this with the owner. Instead of taking responsibility or helping us resolve the situation, the owner has refused to accept accountability and has essentially called us ****s.

We are extremely disappointed and angry. We trusted them with our property and expected our caravan to be returned to us in the same condition in which we left it.

I am posting this to warn other caravan owners: please think very carefully before leaving your caravan and personal belongings with Pretoria Caravans & Outdoor.
