Shocking service for Pretoria Appliances and TV

<p>We had an issue with a Samsung washer / dryer where the PCB had failed and found these people on the Samsung website as accredited suppliers. More than a month later, and having paid up front for all the work, including the extra faults discovered, we still do not have the machine back. They are incapable of diagnosing issues, checking their bank account for payment when demanding payment up front by EFT and then refuse to do anything out of the ordinary to help their customers after a month's worth of ineffectual *******.</p> <p> </p> <p>How Samsung can have these people as accredited suppliers is beyond me. Not onyl will I never use these people again I will also not be purchasing a Samsung machine as a replacement for this one.</p>
