Pretoria Appliance & TV service is the worst

Please do not make use of this company. They give the worst service ever. They came to pick up my fridge on the 20th of May 2019. I worked through the insurance company, and made a payment (whole amount they asked for) to them on the 11th of June 2019. Then being told by them that the parts that is needed to fix my fridge will be at their company 5 working days later. Then it will take 2 days to be fixed. It is now the 26th of June. Now I am being told that they have not even received the part yet. If I don't call them, they don't even call me to update me on the progress. This is really bad service, and I will never make use of this company ever again. I am also going to put a report in every newspaper possible, as well as on social media. Making sure that nobody makes use of them.
