No customer service
Please do not use this company! 2 months after they have completed the installation, I'm still waiting for money that they owe me and a tiler to fix the tiles that they broke. After they installed the system, I have to get a separate electrician and plumber to fix issues that Hendrik and his team didnt instal correctly

Disappointed with service
I was dissappointed with Hendrik & his team. Initially, on replacement of my crankshaft, they did not put the piping & crankshaft into protective casing resulting in an eventual call back. According to my insurance, it should be in protective casing. I also requested a cover for the borehole pump & was not impressed with the failure to measure and provide a cover that would serve the purpose authentically. Hendrik promised to refund me & has been avoiding my calls and not responding to my messages. At one point, he even threatened to come and remove all pumps etc as i was waiting for the insurance. - Hendrik's contact number is - ***
