Worst service ever

Worst property managers I've experienced in my life. You will send email after email and no one will ever consider responding to your concerns/query, all they know is to remind you that you are behind with queries and when I explained to the collections lady (Kholofelo) that I have an outstanding query I need resolved on my statement/invoice due to incorrect calculations she advised it's not her portfolio but will check in with whomever is responsible.

This team is the weakest link and I would not recommend anyone to utilise their services as they will just increase your problems of life.
