Worst rental agency ever!!!!

We arranged to view a house on the 4th of May 2015. The house was advertised as available immediately and we really needed to move as soon as possible. We filled in the needed documentation and the agent told us that the we definitely got the place the owner just needs to fix a few things. This was stretched out longer than expected. The agent then told us that we will be able to move in on the 18th of May. We signed all the rules and regulations of the complex and a lot of other documentation except the final lease agreement. So we started to keep asking for it and the agent kept telling us we don't need to worry, we have the house she and the owner just have to finalize everything. We kept calling on a daily basis and all that we got was the same answers. Eventually the agent phoned and told us we can move in as soon as they get the electricity meter running again. And on the 22nd of May we phoned her to ask what was going on to which she answered sorry they gave the house to someone else!!!!! So now thanks to all their promises that we already have to house we have nowhere to live!!!
