Worst Management Company Ever

The worst property management company I have ever dealt with!!! *********** with requests, turnaround times of about 6 months. When they are in breach of lease they take their time, but when it’s the other way around they will try find every nook and cranny to try squeeze money out your pocket. As a broker myself i expected a much better level of service.

Constant changes to "protocol", no responses to emails unless they want your money. Promises to call back or they just make excuses such as “she is in a meeting” but 2 seconds before that the next persons excuse is she is on a call, I would rather deal with no name brand property management company next time.

The only reason for giving a one star is because out of anyone we dealt with the broker herself actually came to the party and gave us exceptional service. The rest are completely useless and thankfully i can say from today we no longer need to deal with you.

Please owners of properties, if you are ever looking for a management company, please stay far away from this company.
