Victimisation, Prejudice and Bad Treatment

I installed a washing line at Sable Mansions, Mooikloof Ridge Estate, and I was fined R250 because it was installed too high. I paid that and adjusted the line. I get another warning letter with another fine of R250, with the initial photo taken when the line was too high. I disputed this and until today I am getting harsh reminders to pay this. I spoke to Dave Green and Angelique, who blatantly ignoed me and instead sent me another SMS for the R250 outstanding.<br> The incosistency here is that a certain unit in the same complex has the same washing line, so high, on the street view and I don't see it going down. What makes mine different, why am I vicitimised at this unit when I am an owner there??Its pathetic, disgusting to say the least.<br> <br> Sies!!!!!!
