Useless Service!!!!!!

First of all!!! We wanted to move out of our the property we were renting from Pretor!! We requested that we wanted to move out of the apartment and in the contract states that we need to give 20 working business days and we did on the 15th of August 2017!! So we waited up to 2 Months before they even contacted me to show someone else the apartment? Where I needed to phone them and find out what is going on?? After Month 3 they only showed 2 people the apartment and lucky for them the second person was happy and took the place!! So finally we moved out of the apartment on the 30th of October 2017 and left the place spotless not 1 mark in a wall or nothing always paid our lease on time!! Next problem coming towards our deposit today is the 28th of November 2017 and finally we received our payment but wait for it they only paid us R 2 900 and our deposit was R 6 500 without interest and they need to pay the interest aswell!! Now they claiming we were in breach of contract of moving before end of our contract that was due in November?? Now they claiming that we need to pay the cost of searching for a new tenant and the amount of R 3 600.00 that is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me?? I have never heard any of the other property agencies with that rule in their contract?? So you can decide for yourself if you ever want to deal with The Pretor Group!! TRUST ME WAS A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!!!
