Unhappy tenant

GRAND WEST COMPLEX(ANDEON XT28)

The institution is failing tenants decimally . I bought in 2019 and the structure is falling apart as they've used more sand than cement.

The was a structural error where the pipes we leaking water to the unit below me and Pretor send me a qoute for R27 000

Ceilings are starting to peel off and cupboards are starting to let go off the wall. Cheap material has be used internally and externally.....

I DONT THINK PHASE 3 WAS PROPERLY ASSESSESST.....It was built in less than 6 months and the they want to provide the assessment report.

I thought buying a property is gonna bring peace of but now I regret.....

This phase has to be redone.....PERIOD!!!!!!
