Unhappy Client

Pretor has been handling all my electricity admin. I Made a request that i need to handle the admin myself and to date no response. I have been receiving statement indicating how much i need to pay every month which i did without fail.

Three weeks ago i received a statement indicating that i owe electricity from march. Without shame they requested me to pay the whole amount until i said to them deduct all the money that I have been paying and i will pay the difference.

They claimed the have been paying and asked for proof of payment and to date nothing is recieved.

According to City of Tshwane the last payment received was last year October. So today I come back from work to realise that my electricity was disconnected.

I have been paying electricity faithfully so and pretor group has been using my money for their own expenses.

Its so unproffessional and really upsetting to know that i make it a point that my electricity is paid on time and today i have no lights.
